The Deputy of the Democratic Party, Ina Zhupa, has reacted through a post on social networks about the lack of transparency on the funds and state management of the theater of Bylis.

Deputy Zhupa announces that today at 11:00 a.m. a public hearing will take place, which is not of interest to Bylis, but to the concessions, and invites the media to follow the secret hearing that will be held as they do not want to make it transparent for their interests.

"6 million and 250 thousand euros fund available to Bylis and in 5 years nothing has happened. Professor Neritan Ceka has been a constant whistleblower of this scandal.

Today there is a public hearing that apparently the only interest is not in Bylisi, or where the money went and how we can return to the Management Plan where the Albanian state is responsible.

It seems that a plan is being prepared where the famous AADF come out, now that their project director Ilir Parangoni has been sent to work at the Italian Office of AICS in Tirana.

Is the scenario that today presents a new management plan different from the first one, prepared by Parangoni who suggests Bylis with a concession?

Is the new minister Gonxhe being used to pave the way for a concession scheme for Bylis, despite the fact that the money is there and the state has all the capacities to run the project and to ask the Albanian researchers to account for what happened?
