The Municipality of Tirana has collapsed after the recent arrests of the directors of Erion Veliaj, by order of SPAK.

This was announced by the leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, who said that all the departments in the Municipality of Tirana are paralyzed.

In an interview with journalist Ina Qirjo, he stated that no one agrees to work because they don't want to go to jail for the mayor Erion Veliaj.

"I was impressed, I did not follow Veliaj's meeting today in the Assembly of Tirana, but apparently he tries to sell a normality, which is false. Today as we speak, all the directorates in the Municipality of Tirana are paralyzed because no one agrees to make the prison for Erion Veliaj any longer. I have this information from the Municipality of Tirana.
