The political leader of the DP in Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has published the notarial contract between the incinerator company and the tourist agency "One Explorer".

Kelliçi has denounced that on December 7, 2021, just 6 days before the arrest warrant was signed for Klodian Zoton, the company "ITS" sh.pk signed a notarial statement with the company "ONE EXPLORER".

According to the contract, "ITS" lends "ONE EXPLORER" the amount of 150,000 euros.
