Gjon Mula says that he had an accident in 2021 in Balldre in Lezha and the impact had serious consequences on his head.

After Gjoni left the Trauma Hospital, lawyer Eriselda Abazaj came to his house with a colleague and a notary, promising to pursue the case of compensation in his favor.

"They hunt these people, when they see on TV who causes an accident, they take them home. They came to my house. Two women came to me, a notary and a lawyer. This is prepared ," he said.

John was told that he would earn millions that he would take in installments. Under these conditions, Gjoni signed the power of attorney, giving Eriselda the right to follow the case of his accident.

"They came to my house and said you had an accident. Yes, I told him. He said it's up to you to take good care of yourself. But you don't get them all at once, you get them in installments. For 3 months you get the first installment, the second installment and the third installment back. Well I said so. He made documents at my house. I signed," he says.

For 7 months, Gjoni did not receive any information from his lawyer, so he was forced to revoke his power of attorney and get another lawyer.

"For 7 months, the phone hasn't even fallen off. For 3 months, he said, get the first installment", he said.

"I withdrew from it by notarization. I continued with another one in Lezha. This has cost me a lot. He called me on the phone for every step he took," says Mula.

But Eriselda Abazaj wrote an absurd paragraph in the power of attorney that she received from John, according to which, if John removed her representation and hired another lawyer, she could break this agreement instead of John.

"To put it bluntly, lawyer Eriselda Abazaj does not allow her client to get another lawyer when he is not satisfied with her work. All this confusion and this point has brought this problem where the latter cannot receive compensation, but Eriselda Abazaj also appears on the scene again as a lawyer who was left only deceiving her clients and making two-way agreements with companies of insurance", says the journalist of "STOP".

Eriselda herself, contacted by the journalist of the show, made an appointment with the latter, but then avoided. At her office, she refused to wait for the staff of "STOP" to return answers regarding this issue or other issues that have arrived in the editorial office regarding the dissatisfaction of her clients.

"In 2023, in the summer, he called me because he saw that the things were in the system. He saw that I changed lawyers. He took me on the phone after 2 years. He told me I am your lawyer. I told him I don't have a lawyer, I have a lawyer", says Gjon Mula.

"STOP" learned that Mrs. Gjoni has made an agreement with the insurance company for 5-10 million Lek compensation. But John himself did not receive any Lek.

"At the moment that the accident victim Gjon Mula revoked the power of attorney to Eriselda Abazaj, the latter was notified by the insurance company and with the strange point that foresees the future, the lawyer went and revoked the power of attorney that Mr. Gjon Mula, the accident victim, had given her a lawyer in the city of Lezha ", says the journalist.

"I'm your lawyer," she said, "I told her to be quiet." I have a lawyer. I have brought back the word that you told me in 3 months I will receive the first installment. I have gone 7 months without getting a call. Then I said I got another lawyer according to the law. I don't eat my money who said. My lady, I told her, it's not your money, it's my sweat, my effort, my blood, I spilled my blood in Balldre. It's not your money, it's mine. Biles you have been eating money from me. Here I suspect that he told me that 5 million and 535 thousand ALL are due. Where did he get this figure without knowing anything. If he took the money, why didn't he give it to me? The case of fraud has also gone to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, where it has been classified as civil. But the court sent it back for investigation.
