The show "Stop" on TV Klan this Friday, November 21, is in Sherishte, Vlora, as Niko Salaj complains about his neighbor, Nikolla Shakaj, who has built a cow barn inside the yard, just 4 meters from his apartment.

The wind and pollution have become so strong that, according to Nikos, it is no longer livable. Nikos initially discussed it with his neighbor, but the response has been zero.

"I am now 55 years old, I was born here, I have been back from the countryside for 24 years, I have invested, but I have had the problem of hygiene since I came. Nikolla Shakaj has 12 cows, 6 meters as the crow flies, the road is 3 meters, it smells bad, the urine every day and causes pollution and I can't keep it clean. I came from the countryside to invest here, I am the seventh person. I am passing on all the knowledge and ideas I got in the countryside here in Albania, but the pollution is unacceptable. You can't live in this condition," said the whistleblower.

He then informed the mayor, the administrator, the Municipality of Vlora, the KTA and the IHP. All institutions transferred the competence to the Municipality, which in March came up with the decision to remove the cattle and clean up the area.

But to this day, nothing has changed. The stable, according to him, does not meet either the hygiene and sanitary conditions or the minimum distances.

"I told him to find a solution without going to the institutions, he told me he wouldn't remove them. Now I'm going to go to the institutions. The Municipal Police came and verified the situation and told me they would take measures. The Municipality of Vlora sent him a letter asking him to remove the cows and clean the area, but nothing has been done. I don't know now, I'm just waiting for a final solution from you," the citizen added.

The other party, Sherife Shakaj, says that he will remove it at the end of December, a promise that, according to Nikos, has been made many times and not kept. Instead of a solution, he has only received threatening tones.

"I will take measures and do it. By the end of December I will build the stable. I don't have money to build the stable. I will move the cows here. I swear on the four children that I will kill them," said Sherife Shakaj./ Tvklan
