The cause of this accident is not the actions of the motorcyclist, but of the car. This driver is the cause of this accident. I think the expertise that was conducted here is not accurate. The speed of the motorcycle does not affect, because the Highway Code expressly states it, respecting the distance and movement of other vehicles. The persons who have been designated, the police or the prosecutor who has designated them are in violation of the law," said the expert.
