After 2014, they started coming in the name of Isa Besim Gashi and a few months ago they started coming in my name. Isa says that he built the apartment in 2022 and requested to sign a new contract with OSHEE, but was refused because the property is in his father's name. The First Instance Court did not take this problem into account.

They are 40 million lek. I built this apartment in 2022 and I asked to sign a new contract. They did not allow me, because they told me that it is in my father's name. The first instance court did not take my problem into account," added Isa Gashi.

The journalist asks whether legally the transfer of obligations can be done without the consent of the other person, and Ergen Elezaj, the person in charge, confirms that approval is mandatory and in writing.
