The court has again postponed the court session between Carlo Bollino and Democratic Party MP Belind Kelliçi.

The hearing has been postponed to May 5th.

The delay in this process is happening because Carlo Bollino is not appearing in the trials he initiated himself.

DP MP Belind Kelliçi has stated that this is the first time that the alleged nephew of Tirone, Carlo Bollino, from Lecce, has avoided the trial that he himself initiated.

Kelliçi says that it is a unique case in the world that a thief of public land, who has left 70,000 citizens of unit number seven without a high school because he stole public land to transform it into a mud machine that muddies, lynches and hits on a daily basis any opposition official who denounces Bollino's corruption.

He adds that Bollino dares not appear at a court hearing that he himself initiated.

I publicly invite the Leçian to come and face him in the courtroom, in the media, wherever he wants, for all the atrocities of theft that he has committed against public properties, state land of the city of Tirana, but above all the money of Albanian taxpayers.

I remind you once again that for my public accusations or even those of Mr. Malltezi or many other officials of the Democratic Party, in relation to his deeds of wickedness, today as we speak, the citizen of Leçi Carlo Bollino is officially under investigation by SPAK for the accusations raised by the opposition. So I welcome the confrontation at any moment with the citizen of Leçi Bollino in the courtroom and I would tell him that concealment cannot solve the problem he has with the truth that all Albanians know. With the fact that he has stolen a public plot of land to build a mud machine, he has built the mud machine with the money of Albanian citizens and every day he slanders, lies, deceives and produces 'fake news' against the opposition and the Democratic Party of Albania", said Këlliçi.

On the other hand, lawyer Adriana Kalaja stated that Bollino should have been there to face trial.

"The case against Mr. Këlliçi and Mr. Malltezi, accused by the owner of the media who has been put at the service of the government, by the thief already proven, with facts and evidence, for a reason that we accepted from a humane point of view, but from a legal point of view it was unsupported by evidence, since the lawyer of the Leçian Bollino referred to the Criminal Court that there was a case, a family misfortune and for which in fact we accepted, but on the other hand it was easily proven before the court, the absence of the Leçian Bollino, for which in all parallel cases, he should have been there and should have proven with evidence the absence of his lawyer.

"However, the hearing was postponed to May 5, but I remind Carlo Bollino that until then, any evidence he manipulates, any reactions or unjustified reasons he brings to court, cannot protect him, or cover him from the corrupt and criminal affairs for which SPAK is already investigating," said Kalaja./ CNA
