Paraditen e sotme ka mbërritur në Gjykatën e Lezhës portugezi Ruben Saraiva, i akuzuar për vrasjen e biznesmenit, Ardian Nikulaj.
Saraiva është shoqëruar për në gjykatë nën masat të rrepta sigurie. Sot portugezit që eleminoi Nikulajn me breshëri plumbash do t’i komunikohet masa e sigurisë arrest me burg.
Ruben Saraiva u arrestua në Marok më 8 Maj për llogari të autoriteteve shqiptare dhe u ekstradua në vendin tonë më 31 Dhjetor 2023.
Për vrasjen e Ardian Nikualjt në Britaninë e Madhe janë arrestuar edhe pjesa tjetër e grupit kriminal, Edmond Haxhia, Stephen Hunt, Thomas Mithan, Harriet Bridgeman dhe Harry Simson, për të cilët akoma nuk ka një vendim ekstradimi për në Shqipëri.
Pista kryesore e vrasjes së biznesmenit Ardian Nikulaj është ajo e hakmarrjes mes fisit Nikulaj dhe Lekstakaj e nisur shumë vite më parë.
Sipas hetuesve, organizator i atentatit ka qenë Edmond Haxhia; Ruben Saraiva në rolin e ekzekutorit ndërsa të tjerët në rolin e ndihmësit./ CNA
