Former president Bamir Topi reacted this Wednesday regarding the tragic event that happened on Sunday afternoon, where a 14-year-old boy was killed by a peer.

In a press release, Topi said that this was one of the most serious and painful events.

He stated that fights between teenagers happen every day, but are not exposed in the media.

"An event that, in the context of many others happening in Albania, was probably the most painful. All events with loss of life are tragic, but this one was in its own way very painful. Woe to him who ran away so young, woe to the family that is experiencing this story.
