The arrest of the former director of the Cadastre/ Details of the investigations

They registered about 13,000 m2 of land without any legal document in Lalëz, the Durrës Prosecutor's Office requests the arrest of 3 officials of ASHK and the beneficiary.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës requested the imposition of the security measure "arrest in prison" for the criminal offenses "Abuse of duty" and "Forgery of documents" committed in cooperation for four citizens:

CA former chief registrar ASHK Durrës;

BZ with legal duties at ASHK Durrës;

LD with cartographer duty at ASHK Durrës; AND

AD beneficial.

Pursuant to this decision, it became possible to arrest the citizen of AK, while the other 3 citizens were declared wanted, after the security measure "Arrest with prison" was imposed on them as persons suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty "in cooperation provided by article 248 and 25 of the Criminal Code and Falsification of documents" provided by article 186/2 of the criminal code for the AD citizen

From the investigation within the criminal proceedings no. 670 of 2024, it was found that the citizen AD, in cooperation with the employees of ASHK Durres, the citizens AK, BZ and LD, have registered the property of the type of land with an area of ??12,900 m2 without any legal document , property located in Lalëz Durrës, which was previously property with "state" status.

This property was registered in violation of Law no. 9948, dated 07.07.2008 "On the legal validity of ownership titles", amended" after it was registered based on a court decision which obliged the municipality to equip with AMTP. From the investigations, it was found that for this property, AMTP has never been issued by the relevant institutions, and there is no documentation or application in the ASHK regarding this property.

With decision no. 488 dated 28.07.2024, the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës has decided "Preventive Sequestration" of this land for this property./ CNA
