The two villas of Monika Kryemadhi and her mother in Kodra e Diellit are seized

At the request of the SPAK, the Special Court has imposed a preventive seizure on the assets of MP Monika Kryemadhi and her mother, Fatima Kryemadhi.

This measure follows investigative and procedural actions related to the investigations conducted by the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Specifically, the seized assets are:

1. Building in Selitë , Tirana with area;

ground floor, 152 m2, of which 82 m2 apartment and 70 m2 veranda;

underground floor 139 m2,

first floor 79 m2,

second floor 51 m2, second floor veranda 27.9 m2 - owned by citizen FK, address "Kodra e Diellit" residence.

2. Building in Selitë , Tirana with area;

ground floor 152 m2, of which 82 m2 apartment and 70 m2 veranda,

underground floor 139 m2, 

first floor 79 m2,

second floor 51 m2, veranda second floor 27.9 m2, owned by MK, address "Kodra e Diellit" Residence.

The decision of the Special Court was executed by the judicial police on November 19 and 20, 2024, placing the blocking of the assets in the registers of the State Cadastre Agency, as well as communicating this decision to the owners of the assets./ CNA
