He stated that with this investment from the Shkodra Municipality budget, a problem that has been going on for years for the residents of the area, who used this road segment to connect to the main road, is solved once and for all.

"This problem has been going on for 20 years. The entire infrastructure of the interior of the cemetery fills with water during the winter and is not functioning properly. Also, no other road has been used for the movement of the residents of the area. So, we will close this part to leave it only for the function of the cemetery. Because there have been different stories, when cars have destroyed and crashed graves at night, therefore this will be closed and it will be a dignified place for the graves. We will also make the necessary water connection to the taps, which we will connect to the system. The second part will be the construction of a ring, which will connect the neighborhood without having to go between the cemeteries. In this way, a problem that has existed for years is solved. Therefore, the Shkodra cemetery will be dignified for the service it performs here", said Beci.

In parallel with this segment, inside the city cemetery, work is also being done on another segment that solves the circulation and access of residents of the area in the village of Golem with the main road "Pjetrushi".
