Medical Competition/ Average score of winners 9.7, 436 high school graduates

This Monday, the results were published for the high school graduates who took the competition and were declared winners in the General Medicine branch.

For the 2025-2026 academic year, 2,029 high school graduates applied, 1,202 were tested and 436 were selected, and their average grade is 9.7.

In the dentistry branch, 2,739 applied and 384 were accepted. In the pharmacy branch, 2,327 applied and 110 were accepted.

Graduates with an average of 8.5 can apply to the University of Medicine, but in addition to the average for the General Medicine branch, graduates pass another computerized test where the best 436 are selected.

High school graduates have the right to appeal their results until August 27th, and their registration at universities begins on August 29th./CNA
