Contaminated network water/ Municipality of Kolonja, important announcement for citizens: Do not consume it

The Municipality of Kolonjë informs citizens that, due to the intense rainfall of recent days, analyses conducted on the city's water network have shown the presence of microbial and physico-chemical pollution.

As a result, citizens should not consume water until further notice. The municipality informs that intensive work is being done to normalize the situation and any new information will be made immediately known to the public.

Citizens are advised to use bottled water for drinking and cooking until tap water is safe for consumption.

The Kolonjë Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (NJVKSH) informs that, as a result of the intense rainfall of recent days, analyses conducted on the city's water network have shown the presence of microbial and physico-chemical pollution.
