Land and apartments/ The Prosecutor's Office of Fier seizes the assets of

The Fier Prosecutor's Office seizes 6 more assets of the ST citizen, suspected of producing and trafficking narcotics, as well as his family ties.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction seizes six more suspected assets of the citizen ST, suspected of the production and trafficking of narcotics, as well as his family ties.

On the basis of law 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the prevention and fight against organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against wealth", as amended, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier, has registered and is conducts investigations for the criminal property proceeding no. 1, year 2024, which refers to the assets owned by the ST citizen, as well as his relatives and natural persons, specifically AT, F. T, MT, ET, VT and KT citizens, for whom there is sufficient evidence that their assets are owned indirectly by the ST citizen

It is suspected that these assets originate from the criminal activity of the ST citizen, specifically from the criminal offenses provided by articles 283 and 283/a of the Criminal Code.

Following the investigation of this property proceeding, on the basis of the prosecutor's appeal, the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction of Fier, with the decision no. 1918, basic regulation, date 21.05.2024, decided the preventive measure of a property character, of sequestration also for 6 (six) other assets in the name of AT and VT citizens, as follows:

1. Property no. 1/527, ZK 8572, vol. 25, p. 96, located in the "Loni Dhamo" neighborhood, Lushnje, of the "plot" type;

2. Property no. 104/44, ZK 3268, vol 2, pg, 182, located in Savër, Lushnje, of the "field" type, with an area of ??15,323 m2;

3. Property no. 857/28, ZK 2087, vol. 8, p. 193, located in Karbunare e Poshtme, Lushnje, looji "area";

4. Property no. 151/2+1-10, ZK 3266, located in Sauk, Tirana, type "apartment", with an area of ??128 m2;

5. Property no. 102/22-16, ZK 3266, located in Sauk, Tirana, apartment type with an area of ??96.17 m2; AND

6. Property no. 104/81+2-21, ZK 3266, located in Sauk, Tirana, type "apartment", with an area of ??105.57 m2.

Pursuant to the court decision and Article 14 et seq. of Law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against property", as amended, the prosecutor issued an execution order, which was immediately sent for execution to the judicial police services of Fier Local Police Directorate, Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency at the Ministry of Finance, Tirana, as well as the State Cadastre Agency, Regional Directorate./ CNA
