The Court of Appeal upholds the "house arrest" measure for Ervin Muça

The Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the First Instance for the former director of IT in the State Police, Ervin Muça. 

The security measure "house arrest" has been imposed on the latter. 

We remind you that Ervin Muça is accused of copying TIMS system data without authorization during his time as IT director in the State Police.

Muca, after downloading the unauthorized data using a female employee's PIN, transferred it to his computer.

He is charged with the criminal offense of "Unauthorized access to computer data"./CNA
