The Special Prosecutor's Office has closed the investigations and sent Ramazan Rraja to trial, who was found to be involved in a series of criminal events. 

From SPAK's investigations, it has emerged that Rraja is one of the persons who requested and provided a vehicle to his social acquaintances in Durrës, and then sent one of his relatives to collect this vehicle, and to carry out the throwing of the amount of explosive substance, in the hotel "Victoria" Tirana, owned by the citizen Luan Mata, the father of Ervin Mata.  This event happened on May 30, 2020.

But for this serious event, Ramazan Rraja is accused of having done everything in collaboration with Plaurent Dervishaj and Juljan Mecaj. 

These persons are charged with the following criminal offenses: "Destruction of property with explosives" and "Unauthorized production and possession of explosive weapons" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". 

The Special Prosecutor's Office has closed the investigations and sent the above-mentioned 3 persons for trial. 

From the explosion that happened 4 years ago, there was only material damage./  CNA
