Today, the Assembly approved the anti-SPAK resolution, which paves the way for the establishment of an Ad-Hoc commission headed by Fatmir Xhafajn, whose aim is to monitor, control and hinder the work of SPAK.

This is a scheme which CNA through the writings has revealed in detail, showing that the aim is to call Altin Dumani to appeal, to control his work.

This was confirmed tonight by Baton Haxhiu on Çim Peka's show, where it was stated that the anti-SPAK commission will request the repeal of the article on abuse of office because it claims that SPAK is abusing it.

And the second, according to Baton Haxhiu, is that in a Parliamentary Republic, which originates from the people and cannot accept that there are no institutions that are not accountable in any country.

"This resolution precedes the amendment of the Penal Code for the reason that the main thing that is happening is a phrase, abuse of duty in the Penal Code. There is an extraordinary way for SPAK and BKH to use for every bureaucrat", said Haxhiu.

So Baton Haxhiu, one of Edi Rama's closest people, publicly and officially confirms what CNA has said that the goal of the "Xhafaj" Commission is an aim against SPAK.
