Today, the ninth protest is taking place in front of Tirana City Hall. Hundreds of citizens of Tirana have gathered in front of the town hall where they demand the resignation of Erion Veliaj.

So far the situation appears calm. 

Meanwhile, there are numerous security measures by the police. The entire building is surrounded by metal fences and there are dozens of police forces around it. 

Currently, there is a temporary traffic jam on the main boulevard near Tirana City Hall. The Blues suggest to citizens to use alternative routes until the end of the rally, such as the Middle Ring and the Great Ring.

In addition, the police convey a message to the protesters and organizers of the protest, to distance themselves from acts of violence.
