The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has not yet completed the investigation into the death of the Kenyan girl Xhoi Ayoko, which happened on August 13, 2022. 

It is reported that the Albanian prosecution continues to wait for letters from the Kenyan authorities, but without result even though 1 year and 2 months have passed since the request was sent.

We clarify here that the prosecutor of Tirana sent a letter to Kenya in February 2023 and asked her to make available the autopsy performed on the 22-year-old in the morgue of the hospital where she died, but also to interrogate the mother of the Kenyan girl. , Ruth Abongo. 

Meanwhile, it is reported in the media that Ruth Abongo stated that a while ago, a "fake" address on Facebook called "municipality" wrote to her introducing herself as an "agency" that is investigating Joe's case, telling her that "they are conducting investigations into the murder with the aim of bringing justice".

This "fake" address asks Ruth Abongo "where do you suspect the author" and mentions the casino driver if he is involved in the crime, Ruth Abongo says yes.

Then the anonymous addressee writes that "the driver may have been pushed by third parties", someone who knew his intentions towards Joe. 

Joey's mother decides to cut off contact with a peroni, as she suspected that the person who wrote to this address could be one of the perpetrators or collaborators in the serious event. 

The barbaric violence against the young girl happened on February 14, 2022, and then she was admitted to the Trauma hospital for treatment.
