"Today, Tirana is more united"/ Veliaj: We should behave every day as if we are in Ramadan

The Mayor of the Municipality, Erion Veliaj, has congratulated the Muslim faithful on Fiter Bajram from the headquarters of the Muslim Community of Albania.

Veliaj told the media that this holy month has been good for cooperation.

He said that today Tirana is more supportive and they have faced challenges and crises with the help of religious institutions.

" We are happy that God has given us a good month full of cooperation. We tied our fates together. Today Tirana is more united.

We have also passed the burden of the pandemic with religious institutions. I look forward to continuing this cooperation. We must behave every day as if we are in Ramadan on a sign day.

We have more things that unite us than divide us", said Veliaj./ CNA.al
