Ardian Çapja, in addition to the lawyers, submitted to the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Court a 30-page document in which he seeks to be declared innocent.

He claims in court that the trial against him for the Gentian murder of Nezir Beqiri in August 2012, was staged by the Prosecution of Elbasan.

According to him, the prosecutor who is investigating the incident in which two of the Çapja family were killed and 8 others were injured, is not clarifying it because politics is involved.

There are three perpetrators who have been proven to be involved in the massacre of my family, including politics.

Even for the late lawyer Ravik Gurra, there are doubts that he was killed because of the information he had.
