Deputy Jorida Tabaku has reacted after the decision of the Constitutional Court for the Food and Fuel Price Board, where it was decided that the first one should be abolished completely and the second one partially.

Tabaku has described the board as communist and the board of oligarchs that until now, due to abusive and corrupt decisions, citizens have paid 600 million euros in additional taxes from the price increase that went to the companies and to the state budget!

In the end, she raises the question why the Constitutional Court has made two different decisions regarding the boards, which according to her are the same thing.

" The decision of the Constitutional Court, although incomplete, gave the right to a group of DP deputies regarding the fuel board!

From the beginning, I have called the communist board, the oligarchs board because in fact less than five companies are beneficiaries of it and it is the unique case in the world where business sits with the government and determines the price at the expense of the citizens.

From the abusive and corrupt decisions of this board, the citizens have paid 600 million euros in additional taxes from the price increase that went to the companies and the state budget!

This business with the crisis had to be stopped immediately, while the Constitutional Court decided that the indefinite time limit is unconstitutional for this board.

So he left it up to the government to stop it. While for the food price board with the same basis, legal and with the same reasoning in the rise, he found it completely anti-questioning, while he found the fuel board partially!

I have not attacked and I will never attack the courts and prosecutors as most of the politicians usually do, but today everyone must ask themselves how it is possible that two boards that were created in the same way, apply the same legal basis, and are signed by the same judges in the Constitutional Court, two different decisions are given.
