Today, in a special ceremony, the Commander of the Ground Forces, Brigadier General Ilir Xhepexhia, was presented.

Present at this ceremony, Minister of Defense Niko Peleshi appreciated the contribution made in the previous tasks by General Ilir Xhepexhia.

"General Xhepexhia comes to the head of the Land Force after a long military career, with numerous assignments in the country and abroad, with an excellent experience in representation and management. He has represented the Armed Forces in NATO and in partner countries, as well as professionally directed the Naval Force and the Support Command.
