The government takes the decision/ 5 countries can enter Albania without visas

At today's meeting of the Council of Ministers, a decision was made that facilitates the entry of foreign citizens into the territory of Albania.

This decision allows citizens from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Thailand to enter our territory with a passport.

These citizens can enter the territory of the Republic of Albania without a tourist visa, but only with a passport from April 20 to December 31, 2023.

Decision for an amendment to decision no. 858, dated 29.12.2021, of the Council of Ministers, "On determining the criteria, procedures and documentation for the entry, stay and treatment of foreigners in the Republic of Albania", as amended.

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Articles 6 and 29 of Law No. 79/2021, "For foreigners", with the proposal of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Minister of the Interior, the Council of Ministers

Set:

1. Point 3, of annex no. 3, which is attached to decision no. 858, dated 29.12.2021, of the Council of Ministers, "On determining the criteria, procedures and documentation for the entry, stay and treatment of foreigners in Republic of Albania, as amended", is amended as follows:

"3. The list of countries whose citizens enter the Republic of Albania without a visa for tourist purposes and with a passport document for a limited period/for the period from April 20 to December 31, 2023."
