Ambassador Luigi Soreca, the Chargé d'Affaires of the European Union in Albania, met today with President Bajram Begaj.
The focus of the discussion between Soreca and Begaj was the process of Albania's integration into the EU.
In the announcement made public on social networks on the official website of the European Union in Albania, it is said that this meeting comes "at a key moment for the expansion of the EU".
Ambassador Soreca encouraged Albania to continue actively supporting the EU's foreign, security and defense policy and praised Albania's role as a constructive regional actor.
