Nisma Thurje has today denounced the former Minister of Agriculture, Frida Krifca and some officials of AZHBR in SPAK for abuse of IPARD funds.

The head of the 'Thurje' initiative, Endri Shabani, said that through the report made to SPAK, the investigation of the former Minister of Agriculture and other responsible parties is required.

According to him, the fact that the farmers have been abandoned is not enough, but the funds of the European Union are also stolen.

"We will continue to press charges for 30 years for those who steal this country. Today we made a report about the abuses of AZHBR, of Ipard funds. We demand an investigation of the former Minister of Agriculture and others responsible. We hope that this is an impassable dividing line for two reasons. We are facing two cases of betrayal of farmers, since he is betrayed by his own government. Our children drink milk from Serbia and eat tomatoes from Macedonia. Yes, it is good that they have left the farmer alone and remove farmers' access to the markets, but even when funds come from the EU to help him work more cheaply, these lek are stolen from him. They steal with a group of oligarchs, as they have done for 30 years. We are in front of a line where it should not be crossed, towards the EU road. We are excluded from the aid fund given by the Europeans," said Shabani.

While Pano Sako said that other officials have been denounced.

"We have denounced and the officials had the duty to check the funds and documentation. We have received all the data and we are talking about concrete cases. Ipard funds go to farmers", said Pano Soko./ CNA
