Seanca ndaj Berishës dhe Malltezit/ Çfarë deklaroi dhëndri i ish-kryeministrit në gjyq

Avokati mbrojtës i ish kryeministrit Sali Berisha dhe dhëndrit të tij JamarbërMalltezit, Genc Gjokutaj, pas daljes nga seanca gjyqësore që është mbajtur ditën e sotme është shprehur për mediat se ka paraqitur para gjykatës dokumente që tregojnë se akuzat ndaj Berishës dhe Malltezit nuk qëndrojnë.

Gjokutaj bëri me dije se Malltezi sihte prezent në gjykim dhe shpjegoi të gjithë elementët e procedurës që nga privatizimi tek ndërtimi.

Po ashtu deklaroi se për shkak se dokumentet e paraqitura janë voluminoze nuk mund të kishte sot një vendim ndërsa nënvizoi se seanca e radhës do të mbahet nesër në orën 11:00.

“Kemi paraqitur dokumente që tregojnë se akuzat nuk qëndrojnë. Malltezi ishte prezent në gjykim shpjegoi të gjithë elementet e procedurës së pronës. Gjykata ishte në pamundësi për të dhënë vendimin,sepse materiali ishte voluminoz dhe nesër në orën 11:00 do të mbahet seanca. Malltezi shpjegoi të gjithë procedurën nga privatizimi te ndërtimi”, tha Gjokutaj./ CNA
