"Partizani Case"/ Session in the GJKKO Appeal for Berisha and the
Former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha. 

The "Partizani issue" continues to be one of the hottest issues that has the attention of public opinion.

The next day at 09:00 a.m., a court session has been scheduled in the GJKKO Appeal for the former prime minister, Sali Berisha. 

The appeal will decide on the security measure against the former prime minister of the country, related to the investigations into the "Partizani" file.

Also, the next day SPAK has asked Beriësh to appear at this institution at 10:00.

As we have seen so far, Berisha has refused to appear to give his testimony, but it is not known for sure if he will do the same the next day.

If the Appeal accepts the appeal of the lawyers and overturns the security measure, then Berisha's summons to SPAK becomes invalid, while if the Appeal upholds the decision against him, and the former prime minister does not appear, then SPAK can request authorization from the Assembly./ CNA
