Ervin Salianji's lawyer, Ledio Braho, spoke after the end of the session, where the request for the suspension of the former deputy's prison sentence was to be considered.
Braho said that as long as the object of the request did not stand, after the surrender of Salianj, they withdrew from the request.
Braho also gave details about how Salianji is coping with his stay in the cell.
"During meetings, he is calm. It is a matter that he chose for himself. Everyone, when their freedom is restricted, have their own problems, even with the execution of the decision, but since he is suffering a political punishment, he will carry it to the end. We expect the suspension of the Appeal decision from the Supreme Court", he declared.
