Freskida Halilaj is appointed head of "IdentiTek"/ Replaces Loina

The Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha, appoints the new director of the "IdentiTek" company, Freskida Halilajn.

From today, Freskida Halilaj will be in charge of the state-owned biometric document production company "IdentiTek", replacing Loina Prifti, who was appointed to the position in August of last year.

Hoxha fired the priest because he allegedly paid himself 15,000 euros a month, and he was often denounced for dubious tenders, among them the one worth 1 million euros for the internet service. It is also not known whether or not there is an investigation by the justice institutions in the country.

Loina Priftin was appointed head of the state company at the time when Blendi Çuçi was the Minister of the Interior.

Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha presented the new manager, in the presence of the company's staff and the Supervisory Council. /CNA
