The "Gërdeci"/GJKKO file rejects Mediu's request

This Wednesday, the Special Court rejected the request of the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, regarding the "Gërdeci" file.

Mediu had made a request for re-examination for the financial damage, but GJKKO has not accepted.

We remind that Mediu is accused by SPAK of two criminal offenses: "Abuse of duty", carried out in cooperation, as well as "Abuse of duty" in cooperation with a military entity, provided for by the Criminal Code and the Military Criminal Code.

The former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, has previously stated that he did not commit any legal violation and requested that the truth be revealed.
