The Head of the Special Prosecution Office, Klodian Braho, was present at the presentation of the recommendations of the Council of Ministers on the fight against crime.

Braho said that the recommendations will be analyzed with seriousness and responsibility within SPAK. The head of SPAK said that the fight against corruption and organized crime should target not only individuals but also support structures and networks.

Further, in his speech, Braho stated that SPAK approaches the recommendations with maximum seriousness and said that the objectives are not separate but in the function of sustainable justice.

Braho stated that SPAK aims for transparency for the public but without compromising the investigation.

The fight against corruption and organized crime should target support structures and networks. SPAK will continue to strengthen the proactive approach. Institutional improvement is necessary. In addition to internal commitment, it is important that the challenges have institutional support.
