Theologian Miron Çako said today that the hormone therapy service in Albania for minors is the same as treating them like a prostitute.

Speaking on A2 CNN, Çako said that such a step was unexpected, like a bolt from the blue.

The theologian emphasized that this therapy creates a door where each person sees their gender as felt and not as natural, which can change it.

According to Çako, the biggest problem for minors is the fact that while they are not allowed procedures such as obtaining a driver's license or voting, the decision to change gender is left to them.

"It was a bolt from the blue, we didn't expect it. Remember when the gender law came out and they betrayed us all. They said then that we don't have it for this and it worked. That's what they had it for. They want to open "Pandora's box" now, where all the perversions will be opened and create this gate where every person who sees their gender as felt, not natural, can change it. The biggest problem is when we look at the age of 14, who are teenagers who don't have the right to get a license or vote, but have the right to change their gender. This shows that we are not thinking about our children at all, but we see them as guinea pigs", said Çako. /CNA
