"Balluku" Case / Journalist: The attack was directed from Durrës

Journalist Elvi Fundo stated that the political and media attacks against Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku are orchestrated and directed from Durrës prison.

Invited to the "Allishverish" podcast, Fundo said that the situation should be seen in relation to two important figures of the SP, Mayor Erion Veliaj and Belinda Balluku.

According to the journalist, the case related to Veliaj was more serious, but the media reaction was different. He claimed that some media lined up to defend Veliaj, while in the case of Balluk, a climate of attacks was created.

Fundo also emphasized that the dossier documents usually come out through lawyers and claimed that the head of the Democratic Party parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has only published part of them, not releasing the wiretaps involving publisher Carlo Bollino.

"We need to look at two SP figures, Erion Veliaj and Belinda Balluku.

Veliaj's file was much more serious and was censored by the media, they launched a disgusting war to defend him, while on July 24, SPAK took the file to court and Veliaj did not go. For Balluk, I was impressed that the file fell into Bardhi's hands for the first time.

The people who release the files are the lawyers, Bardhi released it truncated, he did not release the government media that defended Veliaj. Bardhi did not release the documents of publishers, like Carlo Bollino.
