Prime Minister Edi Rama has drawn the attention of the speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, telling her that the interruption of the speech cannot be legalized and if this happens then it must be immediately put to the vote.

"The practice of cutting the floor should be answered by voting. This type of practice cannot be legalized and cannot continue any further. Parliament is the place where everyone says what they think, while moving to the speakers and rising from the seat must be put to a vote. Keep this in mind", said Rama./ CNA
