The head of the Department of Environment in the Democratic Party, Jamarbër Malltezi, has referred Prime Minister Edi Rama, Minister Taulant Balla and prosecutors Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai to SPAK.
His report is related to the "Partizani" file, for which he was taken as a defendant together with former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
Malltezi expresses his conviction that the trial against him is political and for this reason he has sued Balla, the person who filed the "Partizani" file, for defamation.
For Rama, he requested to be charged with the criminal offenses of "Abuse of duty", "obstructing the execution of court decisions and actions contrary to the court's decision.
