The deputy of the Socialist Party, Plarent Ndreca, stayed at SPAK for about 4 hours.

After leaving the Special Prosecutor's Office, Ndreca admitted for the first time that he is under investigation and has been charged.

However, he refused to give details to the journalists, stating that he will speak at the right moment.

"The accusation has definitely been communicated. I will express myself when I have to express myself. I have heard the reasons, I have read them and I will express myself at that moment that I consider to be the right one.
