Korça region hit by snowfall, several villages without electricity

During the night of March 27, several road axes in the Korça Region were covered by snowfall, while the layer reached up to 7 cm in some segments. The Regional Directorate of the Center-East announces that the axes Libonik - Rëmbec - Plasë, Korça - Voskopoje, K/Boboshticë - Dardhë, Ersekë - Leskovik, Zgosht - Sebisht, Korça - Ersekë and Zemblak - Goricë (Qafa e Zvezdës) have been cleared and salted, ensuring normal vehicle circulation, while the contractor teams continue their work in the field.

Meanwhile, the OSHEE regional dispatcher announces partial power outages in several rural areas:

-Vithkuq feeder, Rehova substation: 205 subscribers without power in remote villages.

-Feeder 1, N/St Pogradec: 317 subscribers in the Verdova area.

-Potozan feeder, Guri i Kuq substation: 1983 subscribers in rural and remote areas.

-OSHEE teams are on the ground and ready to repair defects, while all feeders that supply consumers of special importance are functioning normally, as is the Pogradec Hydroelectric Power Plant.
