Reshjet e dëborës kanë zbardhur qarkun e Kukësit në lartësinë mbi 800 metrës. Ndërsa reshje shiu ka pasur në zonat më të ulëta.
Deri më tani rezulton se rrugët nacionale janë të qarkullueshme normalisht. Vetëm në disa segmente rrugësh ka patur rënie gurësh dhe inertesh.
Nga subjektet kontraktore ka vazhduar puna gjatë gjithë kohës për pastrimin, kriposjen dhe mbajtjen funksionale të tyre.
Ndërkohë, furnizimi me energji elektrike është normal në gjithë territorin e Qarkut Kukës, përveç 9 abonentëve në fshatin Pac Njësia Adrministrative Bytyq bashkia Tropojë.
