Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha reacted to the rape of three young Albanians in Montenegro by 8 people who were said to be in military uniform.

According to the former prime minister, the rape of three young men appears to be due to ethnic motives in Montenegro by criminal groups and ultra-nationalist paramilitary uniforms, adding that it constitutes a serious and reprehensible act of primitive racism.
