The Political Leader of the Socialist Party for Tirana, Ogerta Manastirliu, together with the Minister of Economy Delina Ibrahimaj, the area's deputies and leaders of the Municipality of Tirana, held a meeting with the residents of Unit 4, following the round of public hearings for the 2026 Budget that are taking place throughout the territory of Tirana.

During the meeting with the community of Unit 4, Ogerta Manastirliu emphasized new housing policies and the creation of the Housing Agency for social and affordable housing.

"The government is working to create the Housing Agency for social and affordable housing. In addition to what the Municipality provides today in its social housing programs, social loans or social rental housing or the constructions themselves that are carried out within the framework of housing programs, the government is working on another program related to this Agency that will be created to give young couples, young families the opportunity to have their first home and to create the possibility of affordable housing", said Manastirliu./ CNA
