Problems from rainfall/ Situation in the Korça region

In the territory of Korça district, the situation appears calm and under constant monitoring by the relevant structures. No major problems are reported from all Local Self-Government Units.

The two isolated situations that occurred yesterday evening in the Municipality of Kolonjë and on the Ersekë-Leskovik axis were resolved by teams on the ground.

Moderate to heavy rainfall has brought the presence of debris and water accumulations on several road segments, but the ARRSH Center-East Region announces that all axes are open and traffic is guaranteed by the interventions of contractors. The new axis Qukës–Qafë Plloçë continues to be monitored regularly.

According to OSHEE, due to wind and rainfall, 776 subscribers are currently without power on these feeders:

Vithkuq Feeder – N/St Rehovo: 289 subscribers

Feeder Potgozhan – N/St Gur i Kuq: 130 subscribers

Feeder 3 – N/St Ersekë: 100 subscribers

Feeder JO6 – N/St Leskovik: 257 subscribers

All feeders supplying consumers of special importance are functional. The Pogradec hydroelectric power plant is operating normally.

OSHEE operational groups and local structures are on the ground and are working to restore electricity as quickly as possible and guarantee normality in all areas./CNA
