The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared at the SPAK premises in connection with the "January 21" file.
Berisha was summoned in his capacity as a person with knowledge of the incident.
We recall that the chief democrat was served with a summons on Monday, when he appeared at SPAK in implementation of the security measure "Compulsory appearance" for the "Partizani" file.
The leading democrat was initially summoned to appear before SPAK on Friday, but then requested another day to appear since he was not in the country.
