Draft Budget 2026/ Director of Prisons: Project for conducting videocall

The Director of Prisons, Klevis Qose, reported today to the Internal Affairs Committee on the draft budget for 2026.

Qose said that through a new platform, it will be possible to conduct court hearings online.

The Director of Prisons said that this also happened during the pandemic via the SKY platform, but with the new system they will be equipped with IP.

This project, Qose declared, will also include the digitization of archives, protocols, and performance measurement.  

 

" The systems that will be financed will be controlled by a platform. During the pandemic and the earthquake, it was noted that this platform was very necessary. And we conducted court hearings during the pandemic on the Sky platform. The new system will be equipped with IP. The project will start with the equipment for video calls, and will also include the digitization of archives, protocols, and performance measurement.

"We are in the process of accreditation to raise the training to another level. We are in the process of construction for the new training building ," said Qose./CNA
