The General Director of the State Police, Madhor Muhamet Rrumbullaku, has immediately ordered the preliminary suspension of the Director of the Road Police, Altin Qato, after he slapped the citizen.

Also, a disciplinary investigation has been initiated against him for a serious disciplinary violation. The disciplinary investigation will be carried out in cooperation with the Police Supervision Agency.

The news has been confirmed by the State Police, which declares that the young man was performing maneuvers on the road and honking his horn without stopping.

According to the blues, the young man did not obey the call of the police, opposed and insulted them.

"We clarify the public opinion that the citizens who appear in the video were not part of the protest that was being held by the residents of the area on the Thumane-Kashar road axis, but were traveling with their vehicle in the direction of Tirana, performing maneuvers on the road and opposing and insulting the employees of the Traffic Police, who have advised them to slow down and stay in line until the movement is normalized. Even after the advice from the Traffic Police employees, these citizens have continued to sound the vehicle's sound system. , causing discomfort to other road users and their irritation at the same time.

Citizens EQ, 36 years old, and Gj.K, 36 years old, were escorted to the Police premises and at the end of the actions they were prosecuted for "Disobedience to the order of the public order police officer".

The State Police remains determined to implement the law and to respect the basic rights and freedoms of citizens, not allowing any case of their violation without being legally punished.
