Former deputy Myslim Murrizi reacted to the reasoned decision of the Constitutional Court for the mandate of deputy Olta Xhaçka.

Murrizi addressed a letter on social networks to the President of the Constitutional Court, Holta Zaçaj, where he says that he feels sorry for the decision.

He declares that the majority and Prime Minister Edi Rama do not want Xhaçka's mandate to be removed.

The former MP emphasizes that all members of the Court must resign en masse, in case their decision is not implemented, and all ambassadors in Albania must be informed about this matter.

It is not the majority that has rejected your decision, but Rama does not want Olta's mandate to be removed

The majority is simply the majority of cards that stand up and sit down, voting for or against only on the order of Padrino

And if you see and really feel what you have written in your decision that: the foundations of the Democratic State have been violated and the Parliament in an unconstitutional manner has committed serious Constitutional violations by violating the foundations on which a formally democratic State functions, then what do you propose?

When this arrogant thief and harbut government does not even ask about the decisions of the Constitutional Court, then what kind of State can we talk about???

Dear Mrs. Holta

When Rama and Olta don't ask you then why are the 9 members of this Court sitting in those chairs?

Why don't you, Mrs. Holta, also do a noble act in the service of strengthening the foundations of the Democratic State, unaltered by the cards of the majority in the Parliament, by resigning all together and declaring word for word in your resignation what you wrote in the decision of justified by the desecration of the decisions of the Constitutional Court by the government????

Holta, run away once and for all from those offices and don't stay there just for a salary and a car because maybe you would do much, much better for the foundations of the State, Democracy and public trust

Give Holta's resignation to the bloc, declaring that Olta is more powerful than 9 members of the Constitutional Court and let's see what will happen.

Run away Holta before Olta has bothered you yet and notify the parrots Ambassadors of the EU, USA, England and any other country that rips us apart by taking so much care that this Court is filled and "functional" but not farting you neither Rama nor Olta nor anyone from the government

Then what function do you perform as a court when no one takes your decisions seriously and does not respect them?

And when Rama and the government do not implement and do not respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court when those decisions affect and harm their interests, then why should CITIZENS recognize, implement and respect the decisions of any other court when those decisions are to the detriment of every CITIZEN?? ??

But why only Rama, Olta and the majority have the right to violate the Constitution and the decisions of the Court???

But why should CITIZENS obey the decisions of courts much lower in the Constitutional Judicial hierarchy and accept damages in prisons???

After this Holta scandal, every citizen must forcefully oppose the arrest, the imprisonment, you as the Court are directed to interpret the opposition and the non-recognition as legitimate of any court as long as the Parliament does not ask you and does not recognize you as a Court at all

And then let's see who your decision will be since in this decision for Olten you wrote as a "unifying" decision that the decisions of the Courts are optional and are implemented as desired
