Businessman Gjergj Luca has reacted to the US decision to suspend visas, linking this development to what he calls a deep social problem in Albania, social assistance for people able to work.

In a strong public statement, Luca said that social assistance is severely damaging Albanian society and creating a culture of fraud and laziness. According to him, people who are physically capable of work are unfairly benefiting from assistance, deceiving not only the state, but also future generations.

He emphasized that this mentality ranks Albania among countries that, according to him, "lie and do not tell the truth", damaging the country's international image, including relations with the United States of America.

Gjergj Luca praised the American model and especially the figure of President Donald Trump, whom he described as an example of success that comes only through work and sweat.

Finally, Luca called on Albanian society to learn from the American model and abandon its dependence on social assistance, building the future on work and individual responsibility.

"Social assistance is the destruction of Albania." So said this man who trusts that gentleman there, President Trump.

And when I came out and said that the destruction of Albania is social assistance, to impress it on their minds, you came out in your comments and cursed me because I said that people who receive social assistance, who are able-bodied, have legs, hands, and eyes, are frauds.

And they don't just deceive themselves, they deceive future generations, they deceive their children who send them to school, receive free electricity, receive money...

And they have gone and done this story even where the President of that state is a businessman, has a pen and paper, and only through sweat has he moved forward and gone where he needs to go with that entire nation.

Honorable gentlemen, there is no political problem here, but we have been ranked among those countries that lie, among those countries that do not tell the truth.

So get this straight, because we are the most pro-American people in the world. From honest truth comes only work, and from work comes only truth. There is no other truth as you say on TV channels.
