Talk about Talo Çela/ How the Dumani-Çapja murder pact was broken

New details have come to light from the pact made to enable the assassination of Sokol Sanxhaktari.

Two of the most well-known names for the police are mentioned in connection with this pact.

It was exactly Bledar Muça and Florenc Çapja who in 2020 had made a pact with Nuredin Duman, to carry out the murder of Sokol Sanxhaktari.

Also part of the pact was the killing of two brothers in Elbasan and the burning of a curtain warehouse in the area of ??Fushë-Mbret.

The burning of the warehouse was carried out by Nuredin Dumani with the order and financing of Florenc Çapjas, against the 5 thousand euros he paid to Dumani, Eljo Bitri and "Vis Korçari".

The primary for Florenc Çapjan was the murder of Sokol Sanxhaktari, against the fixed price of 200,000 euros with Duman, and the murder of two brothers.

Dumani has shown that after breaking the agreements with Florenc Çapjan and Bledar Muça, he has connected with Arjan Spahiu and Erjon Alibej, a meeting which was negotiated by Eljo Bitri.
